Peer Supervision*

Service Description

Regular supervision is a key component of our work as spiritual directors, and part of our ethical guidelines. This group offers an additional component of being guided by a trained supervisor, who provides consistent structure and support. The group will meet monthly over a period of seven months, and will guarantee that each participant has at least two opportunities to receive group supervision. Enrolment will be limited 6 participants. *Restricted to people who have graduated from a Spiritual Direction program Listening groups offer an opportunity for people to have honest, reflective conversations using a facilitated and respectful process. Participants will receive a link to an introductory video before starting the group to become familiar with the process and ground rules for engagement. Every month, you will receive an article or short video to help you prepare for your group. Recordings will not be available.
